This system was sent to France brewing market, this is a 2 tank 2 vessel brewhouse design, the HLT is double brewed 4000L, can be used for microbrewery, beer factory brewing for different sized flavor beers.

Technical Notes:
All Construction is from SUS 304 food grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304
All signs & wording in English
All tanks to be supplied with Data Plates including Test Data & Serial Number
All tanks will be tested and inspected in the NDT room after construction & Quality Control Checks
All jackets will be tested using water pressure testing, testing pressure: 0.4Mpa (4 Bar) & working pressure:0.2Mpa (2Bar)
All tanks will be pressure tested for 48hours before leaving the MICET factory;
All the welds are full TIG welded by water spray method to ensure uniform weld pattern with full pickling & passivation
All tanks are mirror polishing inside, to be Ra 0.4um.
All Gaskets are manufactured with EPDM
Payment Term
T/T transfer, 40% advance payment in order to start production,
T/T transfer 60% before the equipment is shipped.

Delivery Term
The manufacturing time is 40 – 45 working days, and will be commenced as soon the initial 40% deposit is received in MICET account and technical drawings are signed & confirmed by the client

3. Products quality control:
Our factory is working under a 5S management with professional and strict inspections along with testing as each process is completed. Each order has strict inspection records from material inspection & referencing, detailed production progress and final product inspection before to delivery and packing. Our goal is to ensure the client receives the highest quality equipment.
4. Products and workmanship:
MICET production adheres to the highest quality production standards with water cooled welding, uniform dimpled steam & cooling jackets to ensure uniformed heating & cooling. All welds undergo passivation and are polished to the customer’s request.
5. Warranty:
MICET provides a 3 years warranty on tanks sold without manufacturing defects from the factory. MICET does not cover damage to tanks from unloading of tanks at customer site, damage resulting from improper use of tanks for products other than beer or appropriate beverage, damage from exceeding designed tanks pressure. MICET provides a 1 year warranty on auxiliaries and accessories provided they are used under the scope not exceeding pressures, temperatures, or improper handling.

MICET factory covers 5000m², with 3 different production areas, parts & components area, receiving dock & inspection, cutting, welding & polishing area along with our finished product display area.
