What are the types of beer?

         1、Low-strength beer. The malt concentration is 2.5 to 8p, and the alcohol content cannot exceed 2.2%.
         2、Medium strength beer. The original malt concentration is 9 to 12p, and the alcohol content cannot exceed 3.5%. Most of the beers in our country are of this type.
         3、Strong beer. The original malt concentration is 13 to 22p, and the alcohol content cannot exceed 5.5%.

Classification by beer color：

        1、Pale beer. This kind of beer is light in color, pale yellow or golden, and has a light and mellow taste. The beers often drunk in the market belong to this category.
        2、Strong beer. This kind of beer is less common than light beer, the color is generally reddish-brown, and the taste is pure, with a bitter taste. Strong ale is a typical strong beer.
        3、Dark beer, everyone is familiar with this type of beer. Munich beer is a typical dark beer. This type of beer is dark in color, with a mellow malt flavor and fine foam.

Different sterilization methods：
       1、Fresh beer. Fresh beer is a beer that has not been sterilized by high temperature and it is best to drink it within a week.
       2、cooked beer. Contrary to fresh beer, high-temperature sterilized beer is cooked beer, which has a long shelf life but has a poor taste.
       3、Pure draft beer. Pure draft beer is sterilized by other methods although it has not been sterilized by high temperature. The taste is like that of real beer.
