D\u00edky na\u0161emu 1000L pivovarsk\u00e9mu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se jejich denn\u00ed produk\u010dn\u00ed kapacita ztrojn\u00e1sobila a konzistentn\u00ed parametry va\u0159en\u00ed zajistily jednotnou chu\u0165 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d \u0161ar\u017eemi. Automatizovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eil manu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci o 30 %, co\u017e vedlo k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a zlep\u0161en\u00ed stability v\u00fdroby.<\/p><p>V kv\u011btnu 2022 jsme se rozhodli vrhnout se do dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed a koupit starou budovu, kter\u00e1 slou\u017eila jako ryb\u00ed tov\u00e1rna \u2014 ano, \u010dtete spr\u00e1vn\u011b, ryb\u00ed tov\u00e1rna. Po ve\u0161ker\u00e9m chaosu, prachu, potu a spoust\u011b k\u00e1vy jsme kone\u010dn\u011b otev\u0159eli na\u0161i restauraci.
