The beer is already fermented by the time it transfers in; this vessel&#8217;s role is finishing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clarification.<\/strong>\u00a0Yeast and protein haze that survived fermentation settle to the cone at the bottom while the beer sits cold and undisturbed.
