This is a set of 1000L brewery system. The main configuration includes Mash/Lauter tun, Kettle/Whirlpool tank, 3000L hot water tank, 7 fermenters, 2000L glycol water tank, chiller, beer filling machine, and so on. It is a complete beer brewing system.
The 3000L hot water tank can recycle heat energy. The hot water from the plate exchanger will return to the hot water tank, which effectively saves energy. You can use the recycled hot water to wash other tanks or use it for the next batch of brewing. So a large volume hot water tank is also conducive to continuous brewing.
