In 2021, MICET helped Saperlot Craft Brewery establish its own brewery project. The equipment includes a 2000L two-vessel mashing system with a customized grain hopper and an independent feed system, hot and cold water systems, with four 2000L fermentation tanks. It can stably produce 16,000L-32,000L of craft beer per month. In year 2023, they expanded their production capacity by adding 3 more fermenters.
Saperlot Brewery is an independent Croatian craft brewery. After several years of home brewing, the idea of opening our own brewery was born. Here you’ll find a group of passionate brewers making high-quality beers. We now offer more than five different types of beer and have recently expanded into the gin market.
