Roos beer has long enjoyed a prestigious reputation locally and is unique in the Netherlands, showcasing brewing techniques from the 19th and early 20th centuries. As the brewery’s sales grew, the existing fermentation tanks could no longer meet the needs of all customers. MICET helped Bierbrouwerij de roos add a set of 1000L fermentation tanks to brew their classic Roos beers and create some new flavor recipes.
Bierbrouwerij de roos are the only authentic village brewery in the Netherlands. They have beautiful tasting room, and pour their own beers like Bikse Tripel, Bikse Rooie Fik, or one of the Limited Editions.
